A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.

1:30 - 3:00 PM:ÌýÌý(online) Do you want to learn ways to become a happier person? Come learn about the science of happiness and discover how you can cultivate a positive mindset by taking in the good.

Tuesday

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM:ÌýÌýDo you constantly criticize yourself? Do you feel your efforts are never good enough? Do you set unrealistic standards? Join this group to discuss the role perfectionism plays in your life and develop tools for overcoming it.

12:00 PM:ÌýÌý(online) World renowned artist Marc Chagall is famous for his evocative, dream-like paintings incorporating Jewish and Christian symbols. Abby Schwartz, past director of the Skirball Museum at Hebrew Union College, will guide us into a deeper understanding of faith traditions and art.

7:45 PM - 12:00 AM:ÌýExplore captivating Tablet Tableaux exhibits, participate in our Shavuot service, witness a special confirmation ceremony, and indulge your sweet tooth at our annual Cheesecake Contest!

Wednesday

10:15 AM - 1:30 PM:ÌýÌýFestivities will conclude with Chag Shavuot services. We promise something special for your head, heart and stomach!

1:30 - 3:00 PM:ÌýÌý(online) Interested in improving your communication skills? Join us for this workshop to develop an understanding of what active listening consists of and how it can be practiced. This workshop will focus on defining what active listening is and isn't, explaining why active listening is both important and useful, and practicing active listening.

6:00 PM: Supper and Bible studyÌýin the Undercroft at Christ Church Cathedral withÌýand special guest leader National Pastor Jean-Daniel Ó Donncada.

10:00 - 11:00 AM:ÌýÌý(online) Being an international student is an exciting yet challenging experience. In this webinar, we will guide you through Montreal and ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ to make your first weeks in Canada a more fulfilling experience.

1:00 - 2:30 PM:ÌýÌý(online) Do you have difficulty coping in these uncertain times? Feel you lack a sense of personal control in your life? Do you struggle? In this workshop you will learn coping skills and mindfulness to help you manage anxiety and stress.

12:00 - 4:30 PM:ÌýÌýJoin Mile End Chavurah in the spirit of reconciliation with the Native Women’s Shelter of Montreal (NWSM) for the 10th annual Spirit Walk fundraiser. It will be held on June 15, 2024 on Mount Royal (or virtually from June 1-15th). Since 2013, the Spirit Walk has been an important event for both the NWSM and the Montreal community to actively take steps toward supporting and raising essential funds for Indigenous women and children accessing the NWSM’s services.
